1. ELIGIBILITY: God or the Girl Official Contest (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and directors of UDA Group(collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"); those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of this promotion, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and printing suppliers for this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children & spouse), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employers and directors are ineligible. 2. HOW TO PLAY: Enter online at: www.godorthegirl.com/contest between 4/11/2006 and 5/11/2006. Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible/incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete entries or postage due mail. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Enter to win giveaway starts on or about 4/11/2006 and ends on 5/11/2006. A day shall be defined as beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ending the following 11:59:59 p.m. PST. During the Promotion Period log on to www.godorthegirl.com/contest and enter your information. You will be asked to provide your email address, telephone number, address, city of residence, state, zip code, and First and Last name. Once complete, click the "submit" button. Whether or not a particular play wins a prize will be determined by random selection at the time the play is received and recorded by the Game computer. The godorthegirl.comm computer is the Official Clock for the Giveaway.
3. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or about 5/20/2006 by UDA Group. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, or mail and prizes will be sent out on or before 6/1/2006 to the winners selected at random.
4. PRIZES/VALUES/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) $100.00 online gift certificate to getwitness.com and (1) Jars of Clay Audio Compact Disc Collection. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Based on the number of expected participants, the odds of winning are estimated as stated above. However, the actual odds of winning may depend on the number of attempted Internet participations and the time of your Internet participation. Giveaways: Sponsor makes no warranty or representation that the giveaway may be sold, bartered or traded at the stated value. Value at any time may fluctuate depending on market conditions. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $150.00. If the winner is a minor, he/she must have consent by his/her parent/legal guardian. If winner cannot accept prize as stated the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
5. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE: If you win, you will receive a confirmation email and a representative will contact you via email on or before 6/1/2006 to provide you with information on how to claim your prize.
6. VERIFICATION: All winning emails are subject to verification by godorthegirl.com. Winner may be requested to provide proof such as email and address. If because of error or for any other reason, there are more prize claims in any prize category than prizes offered in that category as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award such prizes. Only the prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won. Delivery of prize will be sent on or before 6/01/2006. Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of participant; and, such participant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: If any instant win prizes are unclaimed, or forfeited they will be awarded in a Second Chance drawing to be held on or about 5/15/06 from the entries received between 4/11/2006 and 5/11/2006. Delivery of giveaways will be sent from 1639 11th St. Suite 170, Santa Monica, CA, 90404. No mechanically reproduced entries. Odds of winning depend on number of unclaimed or forfeited prizes and the number of eligible entries received.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If a winner of any prize is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winners will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
